Ingredients:
- 4 grilled chicken breasts-diced
- 4 cups Garbanzo Beans-washed
- 2 pint size boxes of grape tomatoes-cut in half
- 1 large seedless cucumber-diced
- 1 red pepper-diced
- 1 yellow pepper-diced
- 1 pound of feta cheese-crumbled
- ¾ cups red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- 1 lemon-juiced
- Salt-pepper-basil-oregano-garlic powder- to taste
Mix together the vinegar, oil, lemon juice & water in a bowl that is large enough to fit the rest of the ingredients. Add all of the other ingredients to the bowl & mix everything together. Then add your seasonings, to taste and mix again.
