Ingredients:
  • 4 grilled chicken breasts-diced
  • 4 cups Garbanzo Beans-washed
  • 2 pint size boxes of grape tomatoes-cut in half
  • 1 large seedless cucumber-diced
  • 1 red pepper-diced
  • 1 yellow pepper-diced
  • 1 pound of feta cheese-crumbled
  • ¾ cups red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 lemon-juiced
  • Salt-pepper-basil-oregano-garlic powder- to taste
Mix together the vinegar, oil, lemon juice & water in a bowl that is large enough to fit the rest of the ingredients. Add all of the other ingredients to the bowl & mix everything together. Then add your seasonings, to taste and mix again.
