Did you know that through the Special Needs Assisted Living Voucher Program you can get NY state funding to cover 75% of your Memory Care community costs? Many don’t! Nothing is more daunting than the thought of running out of money at a time when you need more assistance. Our experts will talk about the cost of various senior living options and ways to prepare and pay.

Patty Servaes, MS, Accounting, VA Accredited Agent, Servaes Consulting Group, LLC, Founder, Elder Resource Benefits Consulting. Patty has been assisting veterans and their surviving spouses with the VA’s Pension with Aid and Attendance since 2005.
Jacqueline DelPriore, reverse mortgage consultant, home and investment loan specialist, Family First First Funding LLC. Jackie helps people buy homes, refinance their mortgages and get loans for construction and rehabilitation.
Jennifer Lavelli, CLTC, licensed insurance agent and Certified Long-Term Care Specialist (CLTC), provides educational seminars about planning for long term care needs.
