Did you know one in three women will experience a pelvic floor disorder in her lifetime?

Although urinary incontinence is common and manageable, it’s a condition that requires medical advice and treatment. The severity can range from occasionally leaking when you cough or sneeze to having a strong, sudden urge before you reach the restroom.

Join The Kensington White Plains and Columbia University Urogynecology Experts for our special two-part virtual series on women’s health and wellness. Our experts will discuss important women’s health topics such as prolapse, bladder, and bowel problems; and most importantly, discuss solutions and treatments to help with these common, but often uncomfortable, women’s issues. In other words—this presentation will help you to wear those white pants again!

Part 1 : Develop an understanding of prolapse, bladder, and bowel problems, the symptoms and causes. We will explore the different options available to help you make the best decision on what is right for you.

Part 2: Continuing the conversation on pelvic floor heath and understanding pelvic floor PT and the many benefits and improvements it can offer you including exercises and modalities to strengthen the pelvic region.
