A Bi-Weekly Social Gathering for Caregivers & Loved Ones with Mild Cognitive Impairment
Mark your calendars for the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month and immerse yourself in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our Memory Café. This enriching program is designed for individuals showing early signs of mild memory loss and their caregivers. Enjoy a variety of activities, recreation, peer support, and socialization, all complemented by uplifting music from a certified music therapist.
Deepen your bonds and cultivate new support networks in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Join us on the 1st Tuesday of the month for a music therapy session tailored for individuals with mild cognitive impairment led by The Music Conservatory of Westchester – Music Therapy Institute. And come back on the 3rd Tuesday of the month for cognitive exercises and brain games with experts at Wartburg Adult Day Services. Each of our Memory Café sessions will focus on an upcoming holiday, celebration, or tradition, making it fun & engaging for all participants!
