Ask a Neurologist: Healthy Lifestyle Factors & Memory Loss

Join us for an informative and engaging discussion with board-certified neurologist Jennifer Rosen as she explores the connection between healthy lifestyle habits and brain health. Learn how factors such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and social engagement may influence memory and cognitive wellness as we age.

Dr. Rosen will also discuss common causes of memory loss, when to seek evaluation, and practical steps individuals and families can take to support long-term brain health. Bring your questions and gain valuable expert insight during this special opportunity to ask a neurologist about memory, aging, and wellness.
