The Kensington Parkinson’s Café
Parkinson’s Café is a monthly gathering designed for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, their care partners, and loved ones. Held on the first Friday of each month, this welcoming program provides a safe and supportive space to connect with others who understand the journey.
Each session offers meaningful conversation, education, and gentle engagement focused on living well with Parkinson’s. Participants can share experiences, learn practical strategies, and build a sense of community while fostering confidence, understanding, and emotional support.
Whether newly diagnosed or further along in the journey, all are welcome to join this compassionate and inclusive program. Light refreshments are provided.
