Navigating Parkinson’s

Join us at The Kensington White Plains for an informative and supportive morning dedicated to individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and those who care for them. In partnership with The Michael J. Fox Foundation, this program will offer valuable education, resources, and opportunities for connection within the Parkinson’s community.

The event will begin with an engaging presentation from representatives of The Michael J. Fox Foundation, highlighting the latest insights on Parkinson’s research, available support resources, and ways individuals and families can stay informed and empowered while navigating the disease.

Following the group session, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in separate breakout discussions designed specifically for two audiences:
• Individuals living with Parkinson’s
• Care partners and caregivers

These smaller conversations will create space to share experiences, ask questions, and explore practical strategies for daily life, emotional support, and caregiving.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, have been living with Parkinson’s for years, or support a loved one on this journey, this event offers a welcoming environment to learn, connect, and gain meaningful resources.
