Dan Gorham and Dave Faeder leave their leadership roles in a senior living organization to start a business geared toward acquiring and developing commercial real estate. The courtyard of their new Reston, VA office space is called Fountain Square, so they name their company Fountain Square Properties. They proceed in developing condos and hotels throughout the country.
